SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Coverage

TreSorelle delivers to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to select international destinations. Shipping availability to specific countries will be confirmed at checkout.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date of confirmed payment, excluding public holidays and weekends (Friday and Saturday).

 

Delivery Timeframes

– Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 5–7 working days from dispatch
– International destinations: Up to 25 working days from dispatch

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided in good faith and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. TreSorelle reserves the right to offer complimentary shipping during selected periods, subject to availability and minimum order thresholds.

 

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation containing a tracking reference. Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery and ensuring availability at the provided address.

 

Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will make a maximum of two (2) additional attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to TreSorelle. The customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery fees may apply.
