Product Offerings

TreSorelle offers a curated collection of premium abayas designed and sourced within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our collections are intentionally limited, upholding our philosophy of selective craftsmanship over mass production.

 

Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices are clearly stated at the time of browsing and confirmed at checkout.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of confirmed order shall be honoured.
TreSorelle does not engage in deceptive pricing, artificial urgency tactics, or misleading promotional practices.
In the event of a pricing error on our platform, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer promptly.

 

Product Availability

Given our limited-edition model, products are available on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. TreSorelle shall not be liable for the unavailability of a product following order placement due to inventory discrepancies. In such cases, the customer will be contacted promptly to discuss alternatives or order cancellation.

 

Sizing Disclaimer

TreSorelle provides detailed size guides on each product page to assist customers in selecting the most suitable fit. Please note the following:

Measurements may vary slightly between designs and collections due to the nature of handcrafted and limited-edition production. Variations of up to 1–2 cm are considered within the accepted tolerance of our craftsmanship standards.
Customers are strongly advised to consult the size guide specific to each piece before confirming their order.
If you are between sizes or require guidance, please contact us at info@tresorelleofficial.com prior to placing your order. Our team is happy to assist.
As all sales are final, TreSorelle is unable to accept exchanges or returns on the basis of sizing where the correct size guide was made available at the time of purchase.

 

When in doubt about sizing, reach out before you order — we would rather take the time to help you choose correctly than have you receive a piece that does not fit as intended.

 

PACKAGING & CARE

Packaging

Every TreSorelle piece is prepared and packaged with care, reflecting the quiet luxury standard our brand is built on. Orders are dispatched in protective, branded packaging designed to preserve the quality and presentation of your piece during transit.

 

We encourage customers to retain the original packaging, as it forms part of the complete TreSorelle experience and may be required in the event of a defective item claim.

 

Garment Care

To preserve the quality, form, and longevity of your TreSorelle piece, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Dry clean or gentle hand wash only, unless the care label specifies otherwise
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may affect fabric colour over time
Store folded or on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place away from moisture
Do not wring, tumble dry, or apply direct heat to embellished or embroidered areas
Iron on a low setting with a pressing cloth if required; avoid direct contact with embellishments

 

Specific care instructions are included on the garment label of each piece. TreSorelle shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided.

 

Our pieces are crafted to last. Proper care ensures that your TreSorelle abaya remains as refined as the day it arrived.

 

ORDER POLICY

Order Placement

Orders are placed exclusively through our online store. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation constitutes acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not a binding acceptance.

 

A binding sale contract is formed only upon issuance of a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

 

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Orders may be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for fulfilment.
To request a cancellation or amendment, contact us at info@tresorelleofficial.com with your order number.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch stage, it may no longer be amended.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods

TreSorelle accepts the following payment methods for orders placed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada)
Apple Pay

 

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through a certified and PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. TreSorelle does not store, access, or retain any customer payment card information. Customers are advised to ensure the security of their own account credentials.

 

SALES POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the TreSorelle online store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and photographs carefully before completing a purchase.

 

If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, our team is available to assist at info@tresorelleofficial.com before your order is placed.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfilment stage.
To request a cancellation, contact info@tresorelleofficial.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Whilst all sales are final, TreSorelle takes full responsibility for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the confirmed order. In such cases:

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tresorelleofficial.com
Clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy must be provided
Upon verification, TreSorelle will arrange a replacement of the same item, subject to availability, at no cost to the customer
If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued

 

TreSorelle is committed to the quality of every piece that leaves our hands. Any verified quality issue will be addressed promptly and with care.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

TreSorelle is committed to resolving all customer concerns amicably and promptly. In the event of a dispute:

 

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@tresorelleofficial.com. We aim to resolve all matters within five (5) business days.
Step 2: If unresolved, the customer may escalate the matter to the Ministry of Commerce's Consumer Protection platform (mc.gov.sa) or the E-Commerce Disputes Resolution mechanism.

 

These policies and any disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of the Kingdom shall have sole jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

 

POLICY AMENDMENTS

TreSorelle reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers via email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

The version of the policy applicable at the time of your order shall govern that transaction.
